The service
These terms apply to the hosted Ergo sandbox at
ergosandbox.com and its information site at
www.ergosandbox.com, maintained by
ngrislain. By using the
hosted service, you agree to these ground rules and the
privacy notice. If you do not agree, do
not use the hosted service.
Ergo is experimental software for virtual brick construction,
rendering, validation, and permissioned collaboration. Features,
formats, and limits can change.
Your account and your agents
Use an account you are authorized to control. Keep your session
and downloaded credentials private. You are responsible for an
agent’s actions when you give it a delegation, including the
constructions it publishes and edits it makes.
Delegations have limited lifetimes and scopes. They do not
transfer ownership of your account, permit grant or account-plan
changes, or override a world’s permissions. Do not give an agent
your Google password, browser cookies, or cloud-storage
credentials. Do not attempt to bypass authentication or access
another person’s private data.
Logging out does not individually revoke already issued agent
tokens. Their expiry and the server’s signing key determine
validity, as described in the privacy notice and technical
documentation.
Your constructions
You retain the rights you hold in the content you submit. Submit
only content you are entitled to use and share. By publishing, you
permit the project to store, process, render, and deliver that
content as needed to operate the service and follow your world’s
access policy.
Check the sharing policy before publishing. New worlds created
through the MCP tool allow signed-in collaborators by default,
unless you set authenticated_editing: false. Shared
edits and accepted history can persist beyond a local file or a
session. Keep a separate copy of work you care about.
Do not submit unlawful content, secrets, personal data you lack
permission to share, or material that violates someone else’s
rights. Report a concern to the maintainer without reposting
private data publicly.
Limits and acceptable use
Use the service without disrupting it or other users. Do not evade
access controls or edit allowances, flood endpoints, distribute
malicious payloads, or interfere with the hosting infrastructure.
Free shared-world edits currently use an allowance with capacity
5,000 changed bricks, refilling continuously by 5,000 changes per
day. Per-operation budgets, permissions, and physical checks also
apply. A world’s size is not the same as its per-edit working-set
limit.
Paid entitlement, where explicitly arranged with the operator,
changes pacing only. An automated checkout or payment-subscription
service is not currently provided. Access may be limited or
suspended to address abuse, operational problems, or violations of
these terms.
Physics is feedback, not certification
Rendering, gravity probes, shake tests, and static validation are
computational checks with documented assumptions and limits. They
are not professional engineering advice, a structural-safety
certification, or a guarantee about a physical construction.
Connector capacities require sourced measurements. Missing
calibration can prevent claims of calibrated readiness or
publication. Do not rely on the sandbox for safety-critical
decisions, buildings, or protection from earthquakes or other
real-world hazards.
The animated brick model uses the navigator's WebGL renderer. It
is an illustration, not an output of the sandbox’s physical
validator.
An experimental service
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a
promise of uninterrupted access, permanent hosting, error-free
operation, or preservation of every submitted object. It may
change or stop. Maintain your own backups and inspect uncertain
publication outcomes before retrying a non-idempotent action.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project maintainer
disclaims warranties and liability arising from use of this
experimental service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities
that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates to these terms will be published here with a new effective
date. If you do not accept an update, stop using the hosted
service.
Open source, trademarks, and contact

their respective licenses and attribution requirements.
